Playbooks
The practice side of the job, not the software side.
Every deadline that actually matters, what a January queue takes to clear, what to have to hand before a year-end starts, and how a firm’s rules get reused instead of rewritten. No accounting judgement here: dates, checklists and mechanics only.

FAQ
Before you read further.
Is this the same as the guides?
No. The bank guides are about file shape: columns, signs, date order, checkable against the parser that reads them. Playbooks are about the work around the bookkeeping: when things are due, what a backlog actually takes to clear, how a rule set gets reused. Neither one tells you how to treat a transaction; that stays your call.
Who writes these?
The same person who built Entrio, from running his own firm’s books and from what the product actually does, not from accountancy training, which he does not have. Where a page states a fact that could be wrong, it says where the fact came from.
Do I need Entrio to use any of this?
No. The deadline calendar and the checklists work whatever you do the bookkeeping in. Where a page describes how Entrio handles a specific mechanic, such as rule tiers or duplicate detection, that part is about the product; the rest stands on its own.
