Is pricing per client or per upload?
Per practice, by active client capacity on the plan — not per statement upload. Unlimited uploads on every plan. The work bunches at year-end; that is exactly when you should not be watching a meter.
What is founding pricing?
While the founding book is open, early firms lock a lower monthly rate for as long as they stay. Places remaining and the discount percentage come from the live price book — nothing on this page is typed as a permanent special.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, no card required, cancel anytime. You can start from any plan card; the trial begins at registration.
What happens when I archive a client?
Archived clients keep their history but do not count toward the active client limit and cannot take new work until unarchived. Archiving closes the books for capacity, not the client record.
Does Entrio replace Xero or accounts production?
Not for live cloud bookkeeping or statutory filing. Entrio doesn’t replace your accounting software. It replaces the hours before you open it — and supports cash-basis accounts prep for clients who never need a cloud seat. You still need filing and tax tools where you file and compute tax.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from billing inside the app (owner access). Moving up is always available; moving down respects how many active clients you currently hold.
